The Morgan Lewis Litigation Practice's Toxic Tort, Environmental, Construction and Insurance Recovery Group prepares the Environmental Deskbook each year as a convenient reference source for our clients. Each Deskbook is designed to assist client attorneys who are experts in environmental law and others who are encountering the environmental regulatory framework, or some portions of it, for the first time.
