This category contains EPA's regulatory notices and policy and guidance documents published on the Agency's web site for key subsections and programs under section 112 and for source categories and corresponding MACT standards.
The subsections and programs which are covered include MACT General Provisions, section 112(f), section 112(g), section 112(j), section 112(l), and section 112(r).
For selected source categories and standards which are separately listed as subcategories below, the documents include proposed and final rules, fact sheets, background/technical documents, response to comment documents, and any policy or guidance documents. Those source categories and standards currently are the General Provisions, the HON Rule, the Petroleum Refinery MACT Standard, the Gasoline Distribution MACT Standard, the Marine Tank Vessel Loading MACT Standard, the Miscellaneous Organic Manufacturing (MON) MACT Standard, the Polymers and Resins MACT Standard, the Off-Site Waste Recovery Operations MACT Standard, the Pharmaceuticals Production MACT Standard, the Benzene Waste MACT Standard, and the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters MACT Standards.
